Terms and Conditions

McPherson Labs have set out the terms and conditions for contents shown on the website www.dhea.com (the Site), and our offering of products in the Site. By placing an order, you agree to abide to these terms and conditions.

Contents of the website is Copyrighted to McPherson Labs, Inc. and its partners. You are welcome to view and print materials on the Site for personal use only, but not for commercial purposes.

2. Contents of Website:

We try to provide accurate and updated information on the Site. However, we do not make any warranty on such information. We do not accept any liability for any loss that may occur for relying on information presented in the Site, with respect to error or omissions.

4. Product Description:

Product descriptions are approximate, and we reserve the right to amend description of the products without incurring liability, as long as such amendments does not affect the general performance of said product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, or withdraw products from the Site without incurring liabilities.

5. Ordering of Products:

You may order products from the Site using our electronic shopping cart, by telephone, email or fax. We confirm your order by email only if you use our electronic shopping cart. Order of products is for personal use only, and not for resale. All orders placed on our site is subject to review for fraudulent transactions, and we reserve our rights not to process orders that we suspect are risky and/or potentially fraudulent, and/or from customers that we do not wish to conduct business with.

6. Product Prices and Shipping Options:

Product prices are listed on the Site, and they do not include shipping and handling charges. Our standard shipping method is by First Class Mail, with no insurance and no signature confirmation. Signature confirmation is available for shipment to US addresses by payment of additional fees. Customer agree to accept US Postal Service delivery scan as proof of delivery. We cannot refund or reship product after the Post Office had recorded a delivery scan. Optional US Postal Service Express Mail and Fedex service are available for selected destinations at additional costs. These premium postal services come with tracking and full insurance.

First Class International Mail service normally takes about two to three weeks for delivery to most countries (including UK). However, due to Covid 19, packages could one month or longer for delivery. Also, there is no guaranteed delivery time for this service. Therefore, please only order from us if you can wait up to one month or longer for your order. If you cannot wait for delivery, please find another supplier. Please do not pester us when there are delays in delivery. If you do, we will stop servicing your account and we will stop doing business with you in the future.

Please make sure you include your current email when you place your order. After you place your order, you should receive an email confirmation generated by our electronic shopping cart. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your junk mail box and if it is not there, kindly email us at dhea@dhea.com to inform us that you did not get your email confirmation. We will resend the email confirmation to you.  It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation to make sure that you had ordered the correct products, and had provided the correct shipping address. We will not be able to make address correction or address changes after the package had been sent. If you use Fedex option, and make any correction or change to your delivery address after the package had been tendered to Fedex, you are responsible for paying all additional charges for address correction or change, and you give us your permission to charge your card for such address correction fees. We will also add a 30% fee onto the Fedex address correction fee or address change fee to cover our credit card processing fees, profit and overhead. Therefore, please review your shipping address carefully, and make all necessary changes to your shipping address before we process and ship your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Products are non-returnable. However, in exceptional cases whereby we authorize return, customer is responsible for all return postage.

Shipments to freight forwarding companies have to be sent by signature confirmation at an additional cost of $10 per order. Otherwise we will not ship your order.

7. Payment Methods:

We accept payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard Only), personal checks, company checks, money order and papal. All checks and money orders have to be in US funds, drawn at a US bank. Make check payable to McPherson Labs, Inc. and send payment to:

8. Delivery of Products:

The products will be delivered directly to the shipping address given on the order. US orders normally takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery (not guaranteed), and international orders normally takes 7 to 14 business days (not guaranteed) and could take up to one month for delivery in some instances.  Faster delivery using Fedex international priority service is available to selected international destinations.

9. Sales Tax and VAT

We only collect sales tax on books and beauty aid for shipment to address in Texas, USA. Sales tax rate is computed at 8.25% of taxable sales. Sale of dietary supplements is not taxable in Texas, and therefore we do not collect sales taxes. However international customers may be charged VAT or other import taxes by their local customs office based on their entire purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay such tax.

10. Currencies Accepted:

We are only able to accept US Dollar for payment. International customers holding credit cards that are based on non US currencies will be charged in US Dollar, and the credit card companies will convert such amounts to their home currencies at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the credit card companies. The card companies may also impose additional fees for each transaction, as will as a percentage surcharge based on the total dollar amount of the transactions. These surcharges and additional fees are made by the credit card companies and not by us, and you are responsible for paying such fees.

11. Payment Methods:

We accept payment by debit or credit card over the web, phone or mail. We also accept payment by check or money orders made out to McPherson Labs, Inc. Please make sure that you include the correct amount on your check, we will not refund excess payment to stem money laundering and fraudulent transactions.

12. Canceling Orders and Exchanges:

You can cancel your order or exchange products before we process your payment and ship your products. If you cancel your order after we process your payment, but before we ship your order, we will charge your account an administrative fee of US $2.00 and refund the balance back to your account.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products. You cannot cancel your order or exchange products after we ship your order. We will not accept return of goods once they are sent. If you cancel your order after we ship the product, we will not refund any money to you or exchange them for other product. Therefore, please make sure that the product is what you need before placing your orders. If you have any questions about the product, please call or email us with your questions before placing your order.

13. Fraudulent Transactions:

In the event that you use lost or stolen credit cards or checks to purchase goods and/or services from us, we will report your name, address, ip address email, and other information to the authorities, and we will post them on the Site, and elsewhere on the internet.

14. Your responsibility:

  1. You must be an adult and over 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract in order to purchase products and/or services from us.
  2. You agree to check with your health care provider before using any of our products.
  3. You agree not to exceed suggested or recommended dosage noted on the product label without prior consultation with your medical doctor.
  4. You agree that our products are sold as dietary supplement, and we do not make any claim that the products are fit for any other purposes.
  5. Should you experience any adverse reaction after using any of our products, you should discontinue using the product immediately, and inform us in writing within 7 days.
  6. We understand some women had been using DHEA to improve their chances of getting pregnant. Such use of DHEA has not been approved by the FDA, and we do not claim that DHEA can be used for such purposes.  If you are planning to use DHEA for such purposes, you agree consult with your medical doctor regarding risks to yourself and the fetus before using DHEA. You agree to take full responsibility for any and all adverse events, including but not limited to all risks related to pregnancy, failed ivf's, failed pregnancies, premature births, still births, birth defects, other diseases and medical conditions, physical and emotional distress, and even your death and/or death of the unborn child. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss that you and your family may incur now or in the future should you use DHEA for fertility and/or other related purposes.
  7. DHEA, melatonin and pregnenolone may be classified as drugs or hormones in some countries. It is your responsibility to determine the classification of these products for your country before you place an order with us. It is your responsibility for customs clearance and pay any import taxes that are due. You also bear the sole risk in case your shipment is seized by your country's custom office, especially in UK. Again, we will not refund money or resend product if your shipment is seized by your country's customs office. By ordering products from our website, you agree to our terms and conditions. There are no refunds or reshipment if your order is seized by your customs office. No exceptions! If you do not agree, please order from another vendor!  In the event that the goods were seized by your country's customs office and you file a claim for non-receipt of goods, you will be barred from doing business with us in the future, and we will post all your details, include your name and  address on the internet as a someone who did not abide by the terms and conditions entered into when placing the order.

15. Limits of Liabilities:
Buy purchasing products or services from us by internet, telephone, fax, email or any other means, you (including your estate and/or agent) agree to the limits of our liabilities stated herein, and as follows: 

  1. You agree to mandatory binding mediation to be held at a location in Stafford, Texas, USA.
  2. You agree that our liabilities are limited to the cost of product purchased, excluding shipping and handling charges. 
  3. You agree that these terms and conditions will be the binding contract between you and us.  In the event that you initiate any legal action against us, these Terms and Conditions will be the governing legal contract between us.
  4. You agree that each party will pay its own legal cost for the binding mediation. However, in the event that the mediators find that the legal action taken by you against us is malicious and/or vindictive, then in addition to paying your own legal costs, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable and customary legal costs for our defense.
  5. Definition: "us", “we”  and ”our"- include McPherson Labs, Inc, its various d/b/a's, its company's websites, all officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and contractors of McPherson Labs, Inc.

16. Other Conditions:

The products advertised on our Site is intended for sale to you the end user, and not intended for resale, or for re-export out of your country. The contract for sale is between McPherson Labs, Inc. and you the purchaser, so that no contractual rights are conferred to third parties. Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and shall be under US Texas Law. If there is any dispute, Texas Law will have jurisdiction.

Buyer shall inspect goods upon delivery, and all claims of defects must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. If returned are approved, buyer pays cost of return shipping.

In the event of a dispute, purchaser shall enter into binding arbitration in Stafford City, Fort Bend County, Texas USA. Purchaser agrees to limit our liabilities to the cost of goods purchased, less shipping and handling costs.

17. Severability, Survivability and Entire Agreement:

In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall survive either party's dissolution or demise, and shall be binding upon the parties' heirs, successors and assigns, where permitted. This agreement supercedes any former verbal or written agreements between the parties relating to sale of products and services by us and purchase of products and services by you.
