Shipping to Continental USA destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico:
Flat rate of $6.50. Shipped by US First Class Mail or other ground services with
delivery confirmation. Note that our standard flat rate shipping has
no tracking and no insurance. If you need tracking,
insurance or other services, please email us before we process your shipment so
that we can provide you with a price quote for these optional services.
For other countries, shipping and handling charges are computed based on shipping destination
minimums, or sum of the number of Units of Products purchased multiplied by their
respective Unit Charges, whichever is more. The shipping charges are
computed automatically by our electronic shopping cart. Products sent by US
Postal Service Airmail or better. No insurance, no tracking.
If you want us to
send by other services, need insurance or tracking, please email us so that we
may provide you with a price quote for these optional shipping services. We
also offer Fedex international priority service to Greece, United Kingdom,
Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
$25 Returned Check Fee
Should a customer's check payment be returned by the bank for insufficient
funds, or any other reason. Customer agrees to pay us a $25 for each check that
was returned to cover our bank charges and administrative costs associated with
the return check.
Return Policies
Please kindly make sure that you have all the information you need before you
place any order with us. If you have any questions, please write, fax, email or
call us before you place your order. Returns can only be accepted if goods are
unopened, in its original packaging and suitable for sale. Goods that had been
opened or used cannot be returned. Please kindly contact us for a Return Merchandise
Number (RMA) before returning goods to us. Returns must be sent to us with
delivery confirmation service. Customer is responsible paying cost of return
postage and delivery confirmation service. A restocking charge of 15% will apply
to returned goods. Shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.
Exceptions: If we sent the wrong item, we will
provide you with instructions for return. In this case, do not open the product
packaging and please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
before your return the goods to us. All returns must include the RMA number
marked on the exterior of the return package. If we sent the wrong item, we will
pay for return postage and delivery confirmation.

Limits of our Liabilities
Buy purchasing products or services from us by internet, telephone, fax, email
or any other means, customer (including their estate and/or agent) agrees to be
bound by the conditions and limits of our liabilities stated herein, and as
follows:
- Customer agrees to check with their health care provider before using any of our
products.
- Should the customer experience any adverse reaction after using any of our
products, the customer should discontinue using the product immediately, and
inform us in writing within 7 days.
- Customer agrees that our liabilities is limited to the cost of
product purchased, excluding shipping and handling charges.
- Customer also agrees to mandatory mediation to be held at a location in
Stafford, Texas.
- Customer agrees that only after the mandatory mediation fails, then
customer can file suit against us. However, any suit against us must be
filed in Stafford, Texas.
- Definition: "us" - include McPherson Labs, Inc, all officers,
directors, employees, and contractors of McPherson Labs, Inc.
By placing an order with us whether through internet, phone, fax, mail, or
any other means, customer agrees to our shipping and return policies and limits
of
liabilities.
