is an African plant which is extracted to produce 5-HTP, the intermediate
metabolite between the amino acid L-tryptophan and serotonin.
Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules daily,
preferably at bedtime. Do not exceed two capsules daily except under the
advise of a physician.
