Where do I get a request form for a DHEA import license into Australia or DHEA import permit into Australia and how long does it take to process? Request forms for DHEA in Schedule 4 or Schedule 8, item 3C (anabolic androgenic steroids) of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations may be obtained from the Treaties and Compliance Section (Ph 02 6289 3200) or write to: Treaties and Compliance Complete the form and either mail to the above address or fax to 02 6289 3260. Allow 6 weeks for the processing of an import or export licence and 10 working days for the issuance of an import/export permit. An import license or permit for a prescription product (S4) will only be issued to a registered medical practitioner or pharmacist. |
