Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules with morning and evening meals.

AKG contains a synergistic combination of AKG (Alpha-Ketoglutaric Acid) and glutamine which help support muscle glutamine.  Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the skeletal muscle.

AKG also contains magnesium (from magnesium alpha-ketoglutarate).  A recent study suggest that supplementation of magnesium improves strength.
